What needs checking
The transport plan may involve a different vehicle body, specialist handling, route restrictions or permits. Any required escorts, surveys or additional equipment must be identified and agreed for the actual movement. Sending dimensions is a request for assessment, not confirmation that every oversized shipment is accepted.
Consider preparation options
If a manufacturer-approved dismantling or packaging arrangement can reduce the transport envelope, provide both configurations for assessment. Only competent personnel should determine whether components can be removed safely and how the equipment must be supported.
Coordinate the sites
Ensure the planned vehicle can reach both handling points and that unloading resources will be available when needed. Specialist carriage does not automatically include installation or internal positioning.
