The unit must fit the platform and remain within the equipment’s operating limits. Moving it off the platform also requires appropriate handling equipment and a suitable surface. Steps, gravel, steep gradients or a narrow entrance can prevent a straightforward delivery.

Avoid assumptions about the driver
A tail-lift booking does not automatically include carrying goods indoors, unpacking them or providing a labour team. Specify any assistance required so it can be assessed before the offer is accepted.
