Compare the operational result
A single standard pallet with flexible timing may fit a groupage service well. A production-critical shipment, unusual loading requirement or larger volume may justify checking a dedicated option. Neither service removes the need for suitable packaging and accurate dimensions.
Ask for a like-for-like offer
State the latest acceptable delivery time, available collection window and loading facilities. If you want both options considered, ask the manager to explain the practical differences alongside the prices.
Do not assume dedicated means unlimited weight, guaranteed border clearance or an exact delivery time without written confirmation. The selected vehicle, route and booking conditions still apply.
