An accurate quotation starts with a description of the actual shipment and both operating sites. Submit the information below with your Cargo Euro Hub enquiry. If a detail is still provisional, identify it clearly and provide the final figure before the booking is confirmed.
| Area | What to provide |
|---|---|

| Packages | Unit count, packaging type and dimensions per unit |
| Weight | Gross weight per unit and shipment total |
| Handling | Stackability, orientation and special precautions |
| Facilities | Forklift, dock, tail-lift need and site access |
| Timing | Ready date, opening hours and delivery constraints |
| Customs | Relevant parties, procedure and document readiness |
| Billing | Company identity and applicable tax details |
Include exceptions early
Declare batteries, liquids, dangerous-goods classification, unusual value or controlled products where relevant. A standard goods description must not hide a handling or regulatory issue. Acceptance and the required service must be checked individually.
Useful attachments
Photographs, a packing list, a dimensioned drawing or a delivery instruction can clarify a complex shipment. Ensure the attachments agree with the enquiry rather than presenting several conflicting versions.
After receiving the offer
Check the route, quantities, service scope and timing assumptions. Accept the quotation only when they match the intended shipment. Cargo Euro Hub then issues the invoice and proceeds under the agreed payment and transport arrangements.
