Cargo Euro Hub shipments can be checked using the tracking number supplied for the transport. The available tracking channel and level of detail depend on the carrier and service. Use the instructions or link provided for your particular consignment.
Keep the correct reference
Store the tracking number with the booking confirmation and share it with the authorised receiving contact. If you have only an enquiry or invoice reference, ask your manager which number is used for tracking.
If you are the consignee and another business booked the transport, request the tracking details from that business or the contact coordinating the delivery.
How to read progress events
| Event type | What it can indicate |
|---|---|
| Booking information received | Shipment details are registered; collection may still be pending |
| Collected or received at a terminal | A recorded physical handover or handling stage |
| In transit | Movement within the transport process |
| Out for delivery | A final delivery stage is planned or underway |
| Delivered | A delivery event has been recorded |
Carrier wording varies. Check the timestamp and accompanying details rather than treating every status label as a guaranteed appointment or precise vehicle location.
If there is no recent update
A journey between scan points can create a gap in tracking. If the expected schedule is affected, contact your manager with the number, latest event and destination. Do not create a new shipment enquiry to investigate an existing consignment.
For a delivery discrepancy, request clarification and the relevant proof of delivery. See delayed shipments when an expected date has passed.
