Contact your Cargo Euro Hub manager promptly if a confirmed shipment needs changing. Use the booking or tracking reference, describe the original information and supply the replacement details. Changes require review and confirmation before you rely on them.

Which changes affect the transport plan?

Even a small change can matter. Adding a pallet changes capacity; a new postcode may change the route; a higher gross weight can affect the tail lift. Moving a delivery from a warehouse to a city-centre shop can require a different vehicle and unloading arrangement.

Send the full revised information rather than several partial messages. If only one unit changes, identify it clearly within the shipment.

What happens after your request?

The manager checks what can still be changed with the carrier. Depending on the stage of transport, the change may affect price, timing, documents or acceptance. If a vehicle has already been assigned or the goods collected, available options can be more limited.

There is no universal free-change deadline or cancellation charge stated for every Cargo Euro Hub booking. The agreed conditions and work already arranged determine the position.

Keep instructions consistent

  • Wait for written confirmation of the revised plan.
  • Update the shipper and consignee using the same information.
  • Replace incorrect labels or documents when instructed.
  • Keep the original reference when discussing the amendment.

A telephone discussion with the driver should not be treated as a complete change to the booking. For a different destination, follow the address-change guide. If dimensions or weight have changed, review why a freight quotation can change.
