Always disclose characteristics that affect transport
- Dangerous-goods classification, where applicable, including the UN number and transport information in the safety data sheet.
- Batteries, aerosols, flammable products, gases, chemicals or items containing residual fuel.
- Temperature-control needs, perishability or contamination risks.
- High declared value, exceptional fragility, unusual dimensions or difficult lifting requirements.
- Used machinery, engines or equipment containing fluids.

What is outside the service offered here?
This website concerns B2B commercial freight rather than private household removals. We also exclude the countries identified in our coverage guide, including Russia, Azerbaijan, Turkey and the specified non-EU Balkan destinations.
Goods that are illegal to transport, inadequately identified or unsafe for the proposed handling method cannot be treated as ordinary freight. Packaging alone does not change a product’s transport classification.
Before requesting a quotation
Send the actual product name, intended route, packaging, gross weight and dimensions. For a potentially regulated product, include the manufacturer’s transport classification or safety data sheet. If that information is unclear, obtain it from the supplier before arranging collection.
